Thanks to her talent and hard work, Mira has helped Stephan and Christin to make «ulu» the go-to destination for soulful Albanian cuisine in Mursi. From her homemade honey to her fresh kiwis, Mira's love for locally-sourced ingredients will shine through in every dish. Also Mira is one of the most loving and loyal people you'll ever meet, always going above and beyond to make sure everyone around her feels appreciated and supported. Whether it's mentoring a new team member or taking care of a guest in need, Mira is always there with a smile and a helping hand.

Meet Stephan - the man with a big dream and an even bigger heart. Stephan is a graphic designer by trade, but his passion for cooking has led him to pursue a new adventure at ulu restaurant in Albania. With years of professional experience as a chef and a talent for creating delicious meals from cuisines all over the world, Stephan is excited to finally have the opportunity to share his excellent culinary skills with guests. It's been a long road to get here, but with the support of his wife Christin, and the incredible team at ulu, Stephan is ready to make his dream a reality. CHRISTIN

Meet Christin, the former Swiss schoolprincipal turned restaurateur extraordinaire! With a heart full of passion for adventure and a love for learning new things, Christin left behind her successful career in education to embark on a new journey in Albania. Her keen eye for detail and organization has proven invaluable in the construction and setting up of ulu where she is taking an active role in bringing the vision to life. But it's not just the physical aspects of the restaurant that Christin is passionate about - she also loves welcoming guests and ensuring they have the best experience possible.
